In my country I worked in a bank in the Customer Service area, every day the customers had complaints like the article about 10 Bank Customer Complaints.

My personal story was with a bank in my country, I had a credit card with this bank. I didn't check my statement every month, but a day I checked my statement I observed a unusual debit, I went to the bank to customer service area, I asked about this debit and said me this debit was an insure, but I don't request this insure, then this insure was eliminated.
