In my country I worked in a bank in the Customer Service area, every day the customers had complaints like the article about 10 Bank Customer Complaints.

My personal story was with a bank in my country, I had a credit card with this bank. I didn't check my statement every month, but a day I checked my statement I observed a unusual debit, I went to the bank to customer service area, I asked about this debit and said me this debit was an insure, but I don't request this insure, then this insure was eliminated.

When I was a child, I was 11 years. I went to my best friend's birthday party. In this party was his aunt, I knew she was pregnancy because my friend tell me in class. In the day the party I saw his aunt I thought she was pregnancy yet. I asked her ..when the baby is born? and she said... the baby was born... but my belly is still bloated.

I felt very embarrassed.
I said to her sorry, I am a child I don't understand this topics yet.
I hope doesn't hold a grudge against me for I ask this.

In this day I learned is better do not ask in this kind of situations.
Now I know the women after the birth of the baby they can look even with pregnant belly.

My Life

My name is Vielka Zambrano, I 'm from Ecuador. I'm married. I have one child. My son's name is Kitsen. My husband's name is Man Kang.
I arrived to Canada in September 2015. I lived in Edmonton almost one year. My son was born in Edmonton.
Then we moved to Ontario in July 2016. We decided to live in Milton because is a beautiful city.
My husband is a mechanical engineer but now he doesn't work in this area. I am accountant in my country.
In November 2017, my life changed totally, when I received my son's diagnostic. At first was very hard, but the love for my son is more strong. I am sure he will improve with the therapies and with our love.
I want to learn English, and then I want to work,  and in this way I have better economic possibilities for cover the cost about my son's special needs.
